Knowing your unique leadership style offers an opportunity to easily adapt to every changing, ever demanding leadership roles in an innovative, dynamic, empowered, successful way The Effortless Excellence Program is designed for women in management or leadership roles and offers the opportunity for your new or developing leaders to fully understand their archetypal leadership style and embrace this with innovation to grow themselves and their teams in line with the values and goals of your business The program facilitator, Shannon Bush brings a wealth of leadership development experience using a creative approach, including formal qualifications as an Arts Therapist, Life and Business Coach and Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner. In addition Shannon has over 2 decades of management, coaching, training and mentoring experience in the corporate sphere. This ensures that your team members are supported at the highest level throughout the Program to successfully achieve desired outcomes and gain a personal understanding of the benefits of approaching general aspects of working and developing in their leadership roles with innovation and new found understanding and confidence During the Program all participants will be encouraged to actively engage their right brain, something that we recognise is not always possible or regarded as important within a 'traditional' office or corporate work space. It is within the right side of the brain that our innate creative expression can be discovered. Right brain engagement, combined with left-brain ways of thinking and behaving offers individuals and the team new opportunities to see and experience things in different ways, leading to instant possibilities for more creative and innovative ways of thinking and behaving to emerge Often, it is only when we are given the chance to work within the creative space and experience what it is like to be in creative flow, using both the right and left brain together, that we understand the benefits of doing so. Working from this integrated approach, achieved through interactive creative visioning activities, provides a space for leadership development to take on a whole new and very unique, results oriented perspective The Program framework is as follows; 2 Day Leadership Intensive The first session of the program is run over 2 consecutive days and provides participants with an opportunity to discover their innate archetypal leadership style. Focusing on Shannon's unique Creative Visioning Process, as outlined in the diagram below, this outcomes focused day of colour, fun and connection will see your team member return to the workplace with real life strategies and tools that enable her to create fresh new ideas, define innovative solutions to challenging problems, see things in new and different ways and feel refreshed and more committed to her role
